Omega Engineering Services, a fully accredited engineering company audited to BS EN ISO 9001:2008 and IS0 14001:2004 status, specialise in the design and manufacture of electronic, electrical and electromechanical equipment.

The Company achieved ISO 9001:2000 Accreditation in 2007 and have successfully maintained its annual status through strictly controlled compliancy audits. In both 2009 and 2010, Omega Engineering Services was audited against the new code ISO 9001:2008, achieving a 100% pass rate.
The Company achieved one of its important environmental goals by gaining accreditation under the ISO 14001 environmental standard in September 2010, again with a 100% pass rate; tangible evidence of Omega’s ongoing commitment to reducing its carbon footprint and to supporting environmental initiatives.

ISO is the internationally recognised standard for an organisation’s internal quality management.

In May 2011 OES were delighted to be awarded the SC21 Bronze Award. SC21 aims to accelerate the competitiveness of the aerospace and defence industry. It encourages collaboration, partnering and alliances and encourages working together with openness, honesty, integrity and trust.

We currently exceed the award targets for both on-time delivery and quality, with both above 99% over the last 12 months.

CE Marking

OES adopts a flexible approach to CE Marking based on the requirements of each individual project. For design and build projects we have experience of the full range of approaches from the creation of a technical construction file during the design and build stage to a full CE certification process involving the use of specialist test houses. We are also able to offer CE engineering consultancy services to assess current units and to offer appropriate solutions to ensure compliance.
