Test Team Leader - permanent  Ref OES20744

Working for a major aerospace company, you will be responsible for overseeing a team working on the design, development, procurement and use of prototype test equipment. Testing will cover a wide range of company products and incorporate mechanical, electrical, fluid, electro-magnetic and control elements.

You will be involved in leading end-to-end test equipment projects, from requirements capture, through design and development, manufacture, planning, testing and post test reporting.

The successful candidate will have a mechanical bias and good project management / project leadership skills and experience. You will have a strong working knowledge of vibration testing and past hands on experience.

You will be expected to work with limited guidance across a number of groups and projects: good communication skills are essential.  Applicants must hold EU residency
