Today’s engineering market demands a professional and effective customer support programme and Omega Engineering Services maintains a successful presence in this area.

Extended warranties are available for all of our products, whether alongside an initial quotation for equipment or at any other time during its lifespan prior to the work being carried out. Typical options range from 1,2 or 3 years to much longer periods as and when required.

Whether you are looking for CE marking, maintenance support, fast turnaround build of prototypes, obsolescence and parts management or somewhere to store your excess equipment, OES offers a variety of solutions to your problems.

Planned Maintenance Support

Planned and Preventative Maintenance support programmes for all test and related equipment at the customer’s own site (whether it is our own product or from other suppliers). Dependent on your requirements, this may range from a full-time on site presence to a fast turnaround support from our own dedicated facility.

Fast Turnaround

Fast turnaround builds of engineering prototypes, bench test equipment, cables and harnesses. We run a dedicated workshop on behalf of a number of clients supporting their urgent operational requirements with highly skilled prototype wiring staff who can work with minimal engineering input.

On-site Support

On-site support – provision of dedicated manpower either on an hourly paid basis or fixed price to support your programmes when it is most needed. Typically we can deploy one of our own experienced engineers but where alternative skills are required we can recruit effectively through our sister company, Omega Selection Services.

Obsolescence Management

Obsolescence management to assist you in avoiding unwanted issues with repair or replacement of equipment into the future. Additionally, OES can reverse engineer old equipment or adapt existing equipment.

Parts Management

Parts Management – Purchasing and marshalling of parts for dedicated projects where your own internal systems may struggle to cope with the unique nature of the parts.

Equipment Storage

Equipment storage at our own secure warehouse facility allowing our customers to free up valuable space. From basic storage contracts to a full cataloguing process we can ensure that support for your programmes is available far into the future.
